Terms of service

These terms describe the conditions under which the “Surok VPN” service (the Service) provides VPN access. By registering or paying for a subscription you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy.

1. What we provide

• Access to a secure connection through the Service's servers under the chosen plan: validity period and number of simultaneously connected devices.
• A personal account on the site and in Telegram for managing the subscription, devices and payments.
• Support for connection questions via the Telegram bot.

2. Account and payment

• An account is created with an email address or via Telegram. You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe.
• The subscription is paid upfront for the chosen plan: term and number of devices. Paid days are added to the current subscription. There is no automatic charging; we remind you before it ends.
• The free day for subscribing to the Service's Telegram channel is granted once per account, cannot be exchanged for money and may be revoked if you unsubscribe from the channel.

3. Devices

• The plan limits the number of devices that can use the subscription at the same time. Every app that received the subscription link counts as a device.
• You can unlink a device and free up a slot in your account. The subscription link is personal and must not be shared with third parties.

4. What is prohibited

• Using the Service for spam, attacks on networks and services, distributing malware, fraud and other actions that violate the law or the rights of third parties.
• Reselling access, sharing the subscription link, exceeding the device limit.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the Service's infrastructure.

If these rules are violated, the Service may restrict or terminate access without a refund.

5. Availability and limitations

• The Service strives for uninterrupted operation but doesn't guarantee availability at every moment: maintenance, provider outages and carrier restrictions are possible.
• Speed and availability of individual sites depend on your provider, device and chosen server.
• The Service may change the set of servers, plans and terms, announcing this in your account or the bot. Changes don't apply retroactively to an already paid period.

6. Liability

You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws of your country. The Service's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. Account and data deletion is done on request to support.
