About Surok

A small team, a big burrow and one principle: it should just work.

Surok appeared because we were tired of VPNs that work on and off, ask for a hundred permissions and sell “premium”. We built the service we use ourselves: own apps for Android, Windows, Mac and browsers, a tunnel entry in Moscow, exits in Europe, pricing per device and no auto-renewals.

What we promise

Never look at where you go. There are no browsing logs.
Answer support with real people, usually within an hour.
Fix blocking fast: we have several ways in, including a whitelist bypass.
Never raise the price for those already paying.

How the burrow works

The entry is in Moscow so the way to it is short and the protocol looks like an ordinary website. From there the traffic goes to exits in the Netherlands, Poland, Estonia and Germany, and Surok picks the fastest one itself. More on the page locations.
