How to pay for Surok: card, SBP, YooMoney, Stars and a subscription for those outside Russia
All the ways to pay for Surok VPN in one place: SBP, a Russian bank card via YooMoney, a YooMoney wallet, Telegram Stars, cryptocurrency, and for customers outside Russia a subscription with a card of any country and three free days. Where each method is available and how to choose.
Until now, from Russia you could pay only via SBP, Telegram Stars or crypto. Now there are more ways, and you can choose them everywhere: on the site, in the Telegram mini app, in the bot, in the apps and in the browser extension.
If you're in Russia
- SBP. A page opens with a choice of bank, then payment from the bank app via QR or link. The money arrives instantly and the subscription switches on by itself.
- Russian bank card. Mir, Visa and Mastercard from any bank via YooMoney. No YooMoney registration needed: the payment page opens, you enter the card, done. YooMoney shows the card fee before payment.
- YooMoney wallet. If you have a wallet, pay from the balance.
- Telegram Stars. Paid inside Telegram without leaving the bot. Handy if you already have stars.
- Cryptocurrency. USDT and other coins for those who prefer crypto.
In every case the days are added to your current subscription, no auto-renewal: when the term is ending, Surok reminds you.
If you're outside Russia
The site and apps detect it themselves and show a subscription in dollars: 1, 3, 5 or 10 devices, monthly or yearly. Payment with a card of any country via Stripe, new subscribers get the first three days free and are charged only after them. The subscription renews automatically, you can cancel any time, and access stays until the end of the paid period.
If you're Russian and temporarily abroad, the ruble methods haven't gone anywhere: on the site they're under the "One-time payment in rubles" spoiler, in the apps below the card subscription.
Where to choose the method
| Where | How |
|---|---|
| Site and mini app | Plans → pick a plan → the list of methods on the order page |
| Bot @surokvpnbot | "Plans / Buy" → number of devices → term → payment method |
| Android, Windows, macOS apps | "Plan" tab, the "Pay" button next to the plan |
| Extension for Chrome, Yandex Browser and Firefox | The "Buy or renew" button right in the extension window |
If something went wrong
Payment went through but the subscription didn't switch on: wait a minute and refresh the screen; a payment is usually confirmed within seconds. If more than five minutes have passed, write to support in the bot with the order number and we'll sort it out manually. No payment gets lost: the server reconciles receipts for every method separately.
