Which protocol do you use?+
VLESS over Reality and XHTTP on the Xray core. To the network it looks like a regular HTTPS connection to a popular site, which is why it stays fast on restrictive networks where WireGuard or OpenVPN get throttled.
Do you keep logs?+
No browsing logs. We store your sign-in identity, plan dates and device identifiers needed to enforce the device limit. Payment details stay with the payment provider.
How many devices can I connect?+
As many as your plan says: 1, 3, 5 or 10. Devices are counted by the apps that hold your subscription; you can remove one from your account at any time.
Which countries are available?+
Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Spain, Switzerland, USA and Canada, plus an automatic mode that picks the fastest European exit for you.
Does it work in restrictive countries?+
Yes. Surok was built for networks that actively block VPN traffic, so it keeps working in places where classic protocols stopped. We can't promise every network, but a fallback route is always included.
How do I cancel or get a refund?+
Card subscriptions can be cancelled from your account with no questions asked; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If something doesn't work and we can't fix it, we refund the unused time.
